Ministry Teams

These are not teams of ordained ministers, but small groups of church members coming together to minister to one another, on behalf of Christ’s church in the world and working toward recognising all of our work as ministry. Each church member is encouraged to discern what they might be uniquely gifted to contribute to the larger ministry of the church.
More than a committee or working group, a Ministry Team (maybe just 2 or 3 individuals, sometimes more) meets together to pray and together discern the will of God in accomplishing some specific aspect of the work of this church. Usually at least one member of the team will be a serving elder and each team will report to the elders meeting from time to time.
