Palm Sunday – Sunday 13th April –
- 10:00am All who are able meet together outside The Merry Bells to listen to readings from scripture and sing in celebration of the Palm Sunday story, before processing down The High Street towards Crown Square, where the congregations will split and continue to their own church services.
Maundy Thursday – Thursday 17th April –
- 7.30 pm in the URC. A joint Service of Tenebrae (toward darkness).
Good Friday – Friday 18th April –
- 9:30am “Stations of the Cross” Service at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Crown Road, to which all are welcome.
- 10:00am All who are able join in a Procession of witness around the village with a large wooden cross. The route begins outside the URC in Crown Square at 10.00 am and concludes with the refreshments including hot cross buns.
