As part of our commitment to participating in and supporting our local community, we offer the church buildings as a resource to the local community.
Local organisations or individuals may use the premises at the discretion of the church elders. The premises are not available for commercial or business use.
The Mulberry Room
With a separate entrance on Crown Square this flexible space is available for small groups of up to about 20 or 12 around a table. It is fully accessible with a kitchen area for preparation of hot drinks.
The Hall
The Hall is available for larger groups and activities. It is fully accessible with a fully fitted kitchen for preparation of food and drinks.
The Sanctuary
The church sanctuary is available as a multi-function space for suitable activities eg concerts, talks, choir practice.
Security
The buildings are kept locked and access will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Safeguarding Policy
All organisations involving children, young people and vulnerable adults using the premises are required to have a Safeguarding Policy. For further information please Safeguarding in Wheatley URC.
