Vision

We are a congregation called by God and guided by the Holy Spirit to live, proclaim and witness to the life of Jesus Christ.
It is our vision to increase our ability to extend the love of Jesus Christ and the Gospel messages of compassion, freedom, justice, forgiveness and acceptance to all people.

We aim to be a reforming, faithful and productive part of the body of Christ.

To realise this vision we will seek to:

• Share the Gospel in ways relevant to today’s world.
• Develop an ever-closer cooperation with other Christians and with peoples of other faith groups.
• Reach out to people who have lost touch or have little or no contact with a faith group.
• Make a difference in our communities and our society in the name of Jesus Christ.
• Share our concern for justice, peace and the integrity of creation.
• Increase flexibility, inclusiveness, vitality and diversity in our worship and service.
• Discern the gifts and call of all our members and recognize that we all have a ministry to offer.
• Enhance the training and deployment of ordained ministry.

We realize and accept the challenge of this vision.

We need to make sacrifices and changes.

Working together we can, by the grace of God, be a church that is excited by the gospel and equipped for mission in the name of Jesus Christ.
